Steak tips Mondriaans taste every bit as good as they sound. But alongside the flavour, they are genuinely good for you. Beef is rich in vitamins and minerals, and vitamin B12 in particular. That vitamin matters for the production of red blood cells, for the working of your nervous system and for keeping fatigue at bay.
Adults need between 100 and 125 grams of meat products a day. Since you will most likely eat some meat earlier in the day as well, this quantity of steak tips is a sensible amount that covers 2 meals.
